We have a big Poker in the Pub announcement to make this month as you will read below which is great news for our South West members. A Big announcement for the South West!We are really pleased to announce that the south west regionals are moving to Plymouth Grosvenor casino as of October 17th 2009. It is going to be a great event with the casino supplying a free buffet and there are also talks about other events being held for players and their friends. Please make sure you bring your friends and fellow players along with you to enjoy the fun. If you are not a member of the casino then please can you make sure that you have your two forms of ID with you so that you can get in on the day. We at Living it Loving it feel that all the venues in the South West are going to benefit greatly from this decision and this casino is going all out for the players so it should be a great day all round. On another note Grosvenor Casino Plymouth are also going to be joining the Poker in the Pub league on a weekly basis so any players that are interested please keep an eye on the forum where we will be confirming when they will be starting and what day they will be playing.
Regional FinalsThe regional finals for Season 4 League 2 have been agreed so please make sure you are aware of where your regionals are to be held and the times for registration and tournament kick-off. As detailed above, please be aware that we have a new location for the South West regional finals which will be held at Plymouth Grosvenor Casino. National Final October 31st 2009We have now had the venue confirmed for the 1st National Final of Season 4. Manchester Circus Casino will be hosting the event and registrations will commence at 12pm in time for a 1pm start of the tournament. For more information please visit the forums
Poker in the ParkWe have been informed by the Poker in the Park organisers that they gave us the wrong date for our tournament! The Poker in the Pub sponsored tournament will be starting at 15:30 on Friday the 14th and not Thursday the 13th! We are sorry for for this incorrect information being published and the organisers sincerely apologise for their mistake.
